JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital trends, an understanding of the mortgage and real estate industry, and the ability to create compelling content tailored to our audience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage daily postings across our social media platforms (Facebook, Linked-In, Instagram, etc.).
2. Create engaging, relevant, and timely content that highlights our products, services, and company culture.
3. Announce new loan officers, products, and other pertinent updates to our online community.
4. Monitor online engagement, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as a social media coordinator or similar role.
2. Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools.
3. Excellent written and communication skills.
4. Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software.
5. Knowledge of the mortgage industry is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
