T-Shirt Designer

Position: T-Shirt Designer
Compensation: $150 Fixed Rate per Month + Performance Bonus
Objective: Produce 7 UNIQUE designs per day (35 designs per week)
Start Date: January 1st
Duration: Up to 4 Months (with potential extension)

We are seeking a talented and creative T-Shirt Designer. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design and can consistently produce high-quality, unique t-shirt designs.

Key Responsibilities:
Create 7 unique t-shirt designs per day, totaling 35 designs each week. You'll get the examples and elements to use.
Proven experience in graphic design, specifically in t-shirt or apparel design.
Portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
Ability to work efficiently and meet daily design targets.
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

Compensation:
A fixed rate of $150 per month.
Additional performance bonuses for exceeding the weekly objective.

Duration:
The contract will commence on January 1st and is slated for a 4-month period, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
