Instagram reel editor

For my personal Instagram account I am looking for an editor that is able to create reel videos.

Here an example: ----------

1. Clip of 7 seconds
2. White text with a phrase that I will deliver
3. Moving the camera a bit + zooming in
4. Use viral music clip as a background (I will deliver the list of music sounds)
5. Make the style a bit dark
6. Make sure to nog decrease the quality & that it has the frame for a instagram reel
