Responsibilities
• As the Social Media Coordinator, you will play a vital role in promoting the Body Esthetics: Dr. Lissa Plastic Surgery brand, attracting new customers, enhancing brand engagement, and providing valuable analytics reports
• Manage all social media sites for the company, including Instagram,
• Create and publish daily content on social media platforms, targeting each platform's unique audience strategically. (Creating content calendars built out at least one month in advance showing these strategies put into action.)
• Build and nurture customer relationships and engage with followers across all social media platforms to enhance brand engagement
• Capture and analyze important metrics across platforms to share in monthly reports, providing insights for improvements
• Demonstrate excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills through social media stories and feeds
• Ensure the brand's voice and vision are consistently reflected in all messaging and content creation
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's core values and mission
• Capture original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote the Body Esthetics: Dr. Lissa Plastic Surgery brand
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve content creation and engagement
• Prepare comprehensive analytics reports, interpreting the data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Effectively communicate analytics reports to the management team, explaining the performance of social media campaigns and strategies
• Social Media Portfolio: Please provide a comprehensive portfolio showcasing your previous work in social media management and content creation
• Include examples of social media posts, graphics, videos, and any other relevant content that demonstrates your creativity, storytelling abilities, and proficiency in engaging with online audiences
• References: Include a list of professional references who can speak to your capabilities and work ethic in the realm of social media management and content creation
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform well under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
