Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Specialist who is passionate about inclusivity and accessibility to help us build a professional and engaging social media presence. This role involves creating and optimizing video content for various platforms like YouTube, TikTok and IG, ensuring accessibility through captions and other means, and contributing to our creative strategy with a deep understanding of the values and sentiments of the neurodiverse community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce engaging video content tailored for web and mobile platforms.
- Incorporate motion and graphic design elements into video production.
- Ensure all video content is accessible, including the use of captions and other accessibility features.
- Provide creative direction and strategy, ensuring alignment with our core values and the sentiments of the neurodiverse community.
- Work autonomously, managing projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications:
- Experience in video production, motion design, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of content optimization for various social media platforms.
- Experience with or knowledge of accessibility standards in digital media.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong empathy for and understanding of the neurodiverse community.
