Graphic/Web Designer

We are seeking a part-time Graphic/Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a roll-up-your-sleeves get-it-done attitude; they’ll be team-oriented with a curious mind and eager to learn. This person must be well-organized, highly detailed, and a self-starter.

Roles and responsibilities will include any of the following:
- Design program graphics
- Design social media graphics
- Design workbooks and lead magnets
- Design ad graphics
- Design/Build landing pages, sales pages and other web pages on ShowIt

YOU
- Are excited by the idea of making positive change in the world, and your work reflects your values
- Have a proven ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and have a demonstrated commitment to quality, with a high level of accuracy in all output
- Have excellent time management skills, a high sense of urgency, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
- Are available to attend weekly tea ---------- etings at 11am EST on Mondays. Bonus if you’re able to work within the hours of 8am-12pm EST daily.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Are independent and self-sufficient, but also know when to ask for help or clarification
- Consistent with quality and communication
- Initiate and respond to suggestions for improving
- Must be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Prior experience with ShowIt preferred.

Must have:
- Strong Internet Access
- 20 hours per month available (average of 5 hours per week)
