Affiliate Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: Develop, Manage and Grow Affiliate Program
1. Development and Oversight of Affiliate Programs: Establish and manage affiliate program, ensuring
alignment with company objectives.
2. Recruitment of New Affiliates: Actively search for and enlist new affiliates and influencers to expand
the network.
3. Affiliate Relationship Management: Cultivate robust relationships with key affiliates, equipping them
with necessary tools and support for effective product promotion.
4. Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess the performance of the affiliate program, refining
strategies based on data-driven insights.
5. Creation of Marketing Materials: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute
impactful promotional materials for affiliates.
6. Compliance and Adherence to Best Practices: Ensure that affiliate activities adhere to industry
standards and company policies, staying abreast of trends.
7. Budget Oversight: Manage the affiliate marketing budget, encompassing commission structures and
advertising expenses.
8. Training and Support: Offer training and support to enhance the performance of both new and
existing affiliates.
9. Reporting: Regularly furnish upper management with reports on affiliate program performance,
spotlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Key Deliverables and Assignments:
? Create Affiliate Program and develop SOPs
? Attract and Recruit New Affiliates/Influencers
? Develop New Affiliate Orientation and Onboarding Plan
? Develop Affiliate Communications Plan (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly)
? Develop Affiliate Resources Library
? Host Weekly Affiliate Training Sessions
? Prepare weekly KPIs / reports on affiliate program
? Collaborate with Social Media/Marketing/Public Relations teams to promote the program
? Assist accounting to ensure accurate and timely affiliate payments

Qualifications:
? Proven experience in affiliate marketing
? Experience managing teams and leading initiatives
? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
? Proficient in English
