We are looking for a great person to join our Human Resources team (20 hrs/week).
As you read this job description please feel free to ask me questions in case I've left anything unclear. The position we offer starts off on 20 hours, from Monday to Friday with working hours between 6am - 2pm Manila time.
Role Position: HR Assistant
Hours: Long-term position.
Salary: AUD $7 per hour (Depending on relevant experience)

Responsibilities as a HR Assistant:
- Assist in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee dashboard and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Create and update profiles in Connecteam and Buildertrend
- Assist in HR-related documentation, such as policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Schedule and assist in Forklift and Scissor Lift courses.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events and activities.
- Maintain the Trello recruiting board.
- Manage Claims.
- Organize and schedule events, including English classes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role is a plus
* Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
