Virtual Assistant for Internet Marketer

My name is Ray, I am an Internet Marketer who needs a personal assistant to help me grow my online business.

I have heard good things about hiring Filipino virtual assistants, and thought I will give this a try.
Hourly rate is negotiable, and you get to work from home.

Here's what I am looking for in my ideal candidate.

Personal Attributes
1) Motivated - I like people who are driven and have high initiative.
2) Resourceful - I will guide you, but you are expected to google for answers as I don't have all the time.
3) Positive - I don't whine and I don't raise my voice. Neither should you.
4) Responsible - It's ok to fail, but don't give me excuses. Tell me what you will do next.
5) Attention to details - I often overlook things, so point it out to me. =)

Required Skills
6) Writing skills - I will give you a topic, and I need you to research and write for me.
7) Research - I will need you to find excellent content to add tremendous value to my audience.
Experience with Facebook - you will help me post updates to my FB page, and engage my FB audience.
9) Photo editing software - Some basic experience with photo-editing software will be good, like creating banners.

Optional Skills
10) Ability to draw/design, especially if you can draw simple comics.
11) Knowing how to amend websites (HTML) is an added advantage.

Work will be limited in the first month, as a tryout period.
Subsequently, if you impress me (and provided you want to continue working with me), I will start giving you more hours of work.
