Online Sales Lead

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Online Sales Lead to lead our sales at a prominent media company.
Your main role will be:
- To discover individuals worldwide in need of editors for their content. (The must speak English)
- You'll assemble and guide a successful sales team, make effective strategies to connect with new clients, and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Give me a list of 10-15 people per day that need editors for their content. (Short form, Podcast, fast content, talking head, etc.)

It's important to note that the pay for this role is mostly commission-based per client, offering a rewarding opportunity for those who excel in online sales. So be sure to understand, Quality > Quantity. The better the leads, the higher the pay.
