PHP Expert Needed for Large Project & Ongoing Support

We have fairly large and complex project that needs to be completed, as well as ongoing need for support & more.

We are a US based company associated with the American Heart Association CPR certifications. We currently employ over 70 US American Heart Association contractors, as well as 10 full-time Filipino workers and are in need of a PHP expert to help complete our project and ad ongoing support.

Although we look at this as a gig hiring project, we expect an ongoing need for support on this project, as well as other needs in our company that require PHP expertise. In other words, this could be ongoing income for the right person.
