AirBnB Co-Listing & Arbitrage Agent

I am seeking an experienced Airbnb rental arbitrage acquisitions specialist who can assist with finding properties in top markets and getting landlords on board to allow my company to lease their apartments and put them on Airbnb.

Prerequisites:

1. Communication Skills: Proficient in written and verbal communication to interact with landlords and property managers.

2. Research Skills: Capable of conducting thorough research to identify potential rental properties.

3. Negotiation Skills: Negotiating lease terms effectively on my behalf (if needed).

4. Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding rental markets, leasing terms, and landlord-tenant laws.

5. Organizational Skills: Good at managing tasks, scheduling, and keeping records of communications and agreements.

6. Experience in Rental Arbitrage: Familiarity with the Airbnb arbitrage model would be a bonus.
