Position Overview:

The Data Scientist will be a linchpin in the evolution of our property investment syndicate app, utilising their proficiency in data science, finance, and quantitative analysis to develop innovative features and tools. Key Responsibilities:
- Quantitative Modeling:** Develop sophisticated models for investment analysis, risk evaluation, and portfolio optimisation, applying statistical and machine learning methodologies to diverse financial datasets.
- Algorithmic Trading Strategies:** Formulate and validate algorithmic trading strategies to optimise investment timings and returns in the property investment domain.
- Financial Risk Forecasting:** Employ advanced risk assessment models like VAR and ES and conduct meticulous backtesting to manage financial risks effectively.
- User Personalisation:** Collaborate to devise algorithms for personalised investment recommendations, content, and strategies, aligning with user preferences and financial objectives.
- Behavioural Finance Insights:** Leverage behavioral finance principles to analyse user behavior and devise strategies to mitigate investment decision biases.
- Data-Driven Insights:** Extract actionable insights from user and market data to inform product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring:** Define and monitor KPIs related to user engagement and retention to optimise user interaction strategies.
