We are seeking for an experienced Facebook and Google Ads Specialist who can lead our online advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and implementing effective platform campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute Facebook, Google Ads and other platforms campaigns to meet specific marketing objectives and targets.
* Conduct keyword research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for optimization.
* Create compelling ad copies and eye-catching visuals to maximize campaign performance.
* Monitor campaign budgets, performance metrics, and ROI; make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure ad creative aligns with brand standards and goals.
* Stay updated with industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

* Proven experience (2 years) working as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
* Strong understanding of PPC strategies, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Certification in Google Ads or related qualifications is preferred.
