Job Title: Graphic Designer (Contractor) (Phillippines-Based)

Overview
The Graphic Designer is a fully remote, versatile role at Floor23, responsible for graphic design tasks across various projects. This includes managing the graphics queue for proposal enhancements and a general design queue for creating marketing materials such as lead magnets, promotional items, flyers, and other collateral for Floor23's subsidiary businesses. The work is managed through a queue system, allowing for organized and efficient task handling.

Key Responsibilities
Proposal Graphics Design:
Create visual elements for proposals, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
Collaborate with the proposal team to understand and visually represent key messages.

Marketing and Promotional Design:
Design a wide range of marketing materials for different Floor23 subsidiaries.
Projects include lead magnets, promotional materials, mailers, flyers, and more.

Brand and Design Consistency:
Maintain consistency with Floor23’s brand guidelines across all designs.
Adapt design approaches to suit the branding needs of various subsidiary companies.

Efficient Workflow Management:
Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks from the assigned queues.
Incorporate feedback to continuously improve design deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sketch, etc.).
Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills and projects.
Creative mindset with an ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
Understanding of branding and marketing design principles.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Working Conditions
This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and independence.
Workload is managed through a digital queue system.
