JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our Client Account Manager, Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, and Owner. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Client Account Manager with client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Support the Operations Manager with project coordination, resource allocation, and task management.
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and social media management.
Assist the Owner with administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both electronically and in hard copy.
Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the IT or MSP industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM and project management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
