Job responsibility:
-draft and send out offers/addenda/real estate paperwork for signatures as needed
-calendar management
-filing and organizing documents
-creating reports
-database management
-coordinate open houses and showings
-posting real estate listings/posts on social media
-Knows how to use google sheets/excel
-Tech savvy and self-starter
-Update all parties involved
-Knowledgeable on real estate systems such as Skyslope, MLS, Follow up Boss, etc
-Good in English both written and spoken
-other clerical and administrative tasks related to real estate
