Organic SEO Expert Required

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Organic SEO GURU who has a passion for SEO and is driven to achieve measurable results. Ideally we are seeking someone who has experience to help local service provider companies within the United States such as electricians, plumbers, water damage restoration companies, roofers or similar increase their search engine rankings in Google and Bing. We have multiple websites that you would be performing SEO work for all within the same industry.

We are seeking to work with someone full time on a long term basis. Initially the project would start off with a temporary 14 to 28 day paid trial period to ensure that you are able to have a comprehensive understanding of search engine marketing tactics. Once you have proven your skill set and are able to provide a high level of service the position would then continue as a full time 40 hours per week position. At our company we are all dedicated life long students so we would ask that you continue to keep your education and knowledge of SEO up date as spend at least 5-8 hours per week learning the latest SEO tactics as part of your full time position. This education time would of course be paid. On a monthly basis we would ask that you prepare a presentation to share with us the latest SEO tactics that you have learned in a 20-30 minute PowerPoint presentation style to highlight the most recent SEO changes.

We already have a familiarity of SEO practices so we would hold you to a high level of standard.

Position Responsibilities

- Manage, develop, monitor, and update SEO for multiple different website accounts
- Responsible for all aspects of SEO, including research, implementation and analytics, to enhance organic search visibility and search engine marketing results.
- Manage Google Analytics or other tools to create web traffic reports and keyword ranking reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage Google Webmaster Tools or other tools to identify site issues, such as crawl errors and html suggestions
- Monitor and evaluate website on an ongoing basis, to ensure that web pages are web standards/best practices compliant, are optimized for search engines, are cross-browser compatible, and promote good user experience and accessibility.
- Use knowledge of current web technology to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
- Be responsible for metric tracking and weekly and monthly reporting updates
- Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ Years of Experience of SEO
- Be Proficient at Utilizing SEO Software
- Access to High Speed Internet
- Be Fluent in American English
