PR & Outreach Admin

Flight3 is a new fast-growing marketing agency specialising in the Web3 and blockchain space.
We're looking for a dedicated, committed PR and outreach Admin support to work at our fast-growth marketing agency. Operating on the frontlines of the web3 space - arguably the most exciting and innovative industry of the past decade - this position represents an opportunity to grow and develop alongside an agency that has experienced rapid expansion, and boasts an impressive roster of high-profile, pioneering clients.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is naturally organized. A proven track record of good written and verbal communication to support the growth building and nurturing client relations. A genuine curiosity to learn and grow, a fast-paced yet careful approach, and a results-oriented mentality will be key tools in your ability to succeed at Flight3.

The Role
You will be working closely with the marketing team and assisting them in their day-to-day activity. Good project management skills and logical thinking will be the backbone of this role and the ability to write efficient and smart reports.
A knowledge and passion of crypto, blockchain, and decentralised finance is useful along with the ability to operate remotely, but still connect virtually to the team.

Specific responsibilities include:

Identifying and building key target lists of Journalists, Media personalities, Influencers, Industry leaders, Organizations, and Media outlets as directed by the marketing team.
Crafting emails and outreach campaigns to convince those contacts to engage in an interview or partnership with our clients or internal projects.
Working with Account managers/marketing managers to ensure interview and speaking opportunities are properly communicated to clients and scheduled into diaries correctly.
Supporting the building of relationships and rapport with high-value clients, contacts, and partners.
Reporting, tracking, and communicating to ensure quality results and metrics are shown to the team and clients.
Working with the marketing/growth and outreach to identify new ways to improve, streamline processes, and grow outreach contacts and campaigns efficiently.

What we need from you
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
Crypto/blockchain / FinTech industry knowledge and/or experience is essential
Creative thinker and data-driven
Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Problem-solver / solutions driven
Ideally knowledge of click - project management tool
