About the Role:

As our Remote Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations from the comfort of your own workspace. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring our financial processes run smoothly, with a particular emphasis on QuickBooks expertise. Your proficiency in QuickBooks and bookkeeping will contribute to the overall success of our mission to transform lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed
Utilize QuickBooks software for efficient financial management
Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and financial planning
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper with a strong track record
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software and tools
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in your work
