Role Overview:

We are looking for a project-based Virtual Assistant with expertise in website management and e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify and Instagram. The role involves updating and amending our online presence to reflect our brand’s unique yoga and mindfulness-centric identity.

Responsibilities:

Update and amend our Shopify store to enhance user experience and reflect our latest products and promotions.
Manage and update Instagram settings to align with our marketing strategies.
Implement changes to the website layout, product listings, and content as per project requirements.
Ensure all updates align with our brand ethos and visual aesthetics.
Provide recommendations for improving online customer experience.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing and updating e-commerce websites, preferably Shopify.
Knowledge of Instagram functionalities and best practices for brand promotion.
Strong understanding of web design principles and user experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
