Sales Associate

QUALIFICATIONS:
* An Associate’s degree or high school diploma.
* With previous sales associates experience is an advantage.
* Retail sales experience.
* A professional appearance.
* Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
* The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.


JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
* Provides outstanding customer service.
* Knows how POS (Point-of-sale) financing works, has basic product knowledge (required down payment, ID requirements, maximum loan size, interest rate, etc)
* Serves customers by helping them select finance products from our lender partners.
* Responds to customers’ questions about financing options available.
* Completes customer loan applications in the mobile app including KYC part with face comparison and ID verification
* Manages completion of transactions for approved customers as per approved business process.
* Alerts management of potential security/fraud issues.
* Assists with reconciliations of sales with merchant.
