Final Cut Pro Editor, Long form content in Health & Fitness Niche

I’m a YouTuber, and I’m editing my own videos, but I’m looking for someone to help me with the editing process.

**Job Description:**

**Task 1:**

- Look through all the clips of the projects and remove the clips that aren’t usable.
- Cut long clips into many short clips. Long clips have some parts that aren’t usable. Your job here is to turn the long clips into many short usable clips.

**Task 2:**

- Choose the best clips and remove the bad clips. There will be many clips/takes where I say the same content. Your job is to choose the best one based on viewer retention.

**Task 3:**

- Assemble storyline. You will assemble a story of only A-Roll and voiceovers based on the script I send you.

**Task 4:**

- Edit in B-Rolls based on shot list. You will receive B-Rolls and access to different stock footage websites. Make the edits in the B-Rolls based on the shot list I will provide.
- Fix audio levels. Ensure balanced audio levels throughout the video and make J-Cut/L-Cut to improve the flow of the video.

**Pay and Work Schedule:**

I’m looking for someone who can do this for me 6-8 times per month, and you can earn up to $320 per month.

Each time, you get $30 and a $10 bonus based on the result of the video you edit. I want to offer a bonus so that you are motivated to create the best content you can.

**Requirements:**

- Talk and understand English very well.
- Must edit on Final Cut Pro.
- Can do this 6-8 times/month.
- Have 1+ year experience with Final Cut Pro.
- Can handle working with projects that have 20-100GB (each project).
