Accounting Virtual Book Keeper

Company Overview:
Palmer Construction, a leading roofing company based in Spokane Valley, WA, USA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a remote/virtual position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our company's accounting activities.

Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Virtual Book Keeper, you will work closely with our Accounting Department which will include but not limited to maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting our overall financial management processes.

You MUST have:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting or related field with specific experience using QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software/tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance in the US is a plus.
