JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking to add someone to our team of 7 other amazing, kind and friendly people who answer email tickets for our over the counter hearing aid company.

This will be a full time and long term job, with a schedule we can figure out together and a team that you’ll absolutely love!

Our goal is to treat our customers in an above and beyond way, answering them quickly and kindly with as much detail as needed to make sure we sort out whatever issues they’re having.

With that being said, we’re looking for someone who:

- Is extremely kind, helpful and patient
- Has great written English and can easily understand written English
- Is a quick learner that isn’t afraid to ask questions, but can work without constant oversight
- Is able to answer tickets efficiently, with high levels of detail and care
