Senior WordPress Developer with WooCommerce and Bootstrap Expertise

Company Overview:
We’re a rapidly growing online furniture store based in the Netherlands, and expanding across Europe. We are looking to strengthen our team with a Senior WordPress/WooCommerce Developer with expertise in Bootstrap.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our design team to implement Figma designs into our custom theme with as little plugins as possible.
Develop and enhance our WooCommerce store’s back-end systems (stock updates, assortment synchronisation and management, order management).
Conduct code reviews to ensure good SEO results and a good user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in WordPress and WooCommerce environments to maintain optimal website performance.
Building with clean lightweight code and focus on achieving fast pageload speed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior WordPress Developer with a specialization in WooCommerce.
Extensive hands-on experience coding with Bootstrap for responsive and appealing web design.
Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, best practices, and coding standards.
Ability to create scalable and efficient solutions that align with business objectives.
Excellent independent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.

Nice-to-Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with other CMS platforms.
Knowledge of server configurations and hosting environments.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Web design skills.
