Lead Generation Specialist
Our team is looking to expand our lead generation team and we’re looking for a sharp individual with a desire to grow with a fast-moving fitness company.

Job Description:
You would be working inside of our corporate messaging account, communicating with leads as they message us from our ads. You would also be connecting with prospective leads organically through our Facebook and Instagram accounts. Your goal would be to communicate on behalf of our company and create an interest for the lead to book a sales call with one of our sales team. You have the ability to earn a set hourly wage plus bonuses that are closed by the sales team (if you progress to this stage post-training).

Responsibilities:
Engaging in our lead generation strategy on all our social media platforms during scheduled hours.
Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance (we provide tracking sheets).
Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.

Requirements:
High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
Experience in customer service
Experience in Sales
Experience in the fitness industry (ideally also doing lead generation/sales)
Great Communication Skills and Fluent English
Fast Typing Speed
Great Attention to Detail
A passion/interest for health and fitness is key along with embodying a healthy, active lifestyle or willingness to do so
Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
Must attend weekly tea ---------- etings
Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
