Video Editing & Re-Purposing Content

I am a Personal Stylist and am going to be doing Facebook Live Video's (between 8-15 minutes long).

After saving the video to my phone though, what I want is to be able to send the video to someone who can edit the video into mini videos I can use on Instagram and Youtube.

For example, if it was a 15 minute Facebook Live Video, I would like 10 short video clips (no more than a minute each), that I could later use on Instagram.

Then with the same 15 minute video, I would like 5 video clips (about 3 minutes each), that I could later use on Youtube. These ones would require more editing I am guessing, because you need may need to cut and edit from different parts in the video to make a proper "video" for Youtube. As well, I would probably want some graphics and/or titles thrown in, and an intro and extro added to each (I am still looking for someone to make the intro and extro for me, so you would just need to add it in).

Is this something you think you can help with? Any idea how much something like that would cost?
