Writer who can write social media posts, proofread video captions, repurpose content, write video scripts)

I'm looking for a writer to join my content creation agency.
We film short-form videos with our clients. For each video we need to write a few things...
- A short headline for the video that we'll use on the thumbnail. So it has to be short (less than 8 words)
- A description to be used on the social media post. Intrigue the viewer to make them want to watch the video, or ask a question to encourage engagement. Include ~5 hashtags
- We transcribe each video and turn the transcript into a carousel, a long-form post with an image, or a quote image post. We need to d ---------- which of these 3 makes sense for each transcript, and then write the script.
- If it's a carousel or quote image, we also need to write the social media description to go along with it. If it's a long-form description obviously it doesn't need a description.
- Also I'd like to start writing video scripts for some clients who want to read off of a teleprompter.
I'm looking for a writer who...
- Knows how to write for social media. I've hired a lot of people who write like it's an academic paper. Or try to sound overly professional. This needs to sound personable and be easy to read.
- Writes extremely well in English.
- Is friendly to work with. I like working with nice people!
I don't think I have enough work for a full 40 hours right now, but I plan on being there soon!
