We Want the Best for: Customer Support, SEO, Online Marketing and More. Long Term Position

We have a number of websites. There are 4 main ones that most of the focus would be on and they are our ecommerce sites. We are looking for the right person to join our team for a long term position in developing and growing the business.


The ideal candidate would have worked online in some capacity for at least 1 year. Spoken English skills are extremely important especially for any customer support work and assistance that would be needed. In addition, working hours would need to be mostly during US business hours since some of the work requires client/customer contact and that is when they would be calling, emailing or contacting us and our sites.


What we need for assistance from you:

SEO:
Social Bookmarking -

Link building –

Other Projects as they come up (Such as responding to Yahoo answer questions or other online marketing projects)

Article Marketing and some Article Writing – Knowledge of Unique Article Wizard is a plus. We always need articles written, spun and posted and links built for our sites. There’s never enough time to do as much as we would like.

Customer Support: Live chat and phone calls from clients. Clients might choose to place an order via the phone so would need to be comfortable taking the order information and placing the order in the website shopping carts.
Order Management – When an order comes in, would need to send order to the drop shipping company with the correct information that they need to place the order and ship it. Documentation showing how to do that would be provided.
Order Issues – Would need to email clients or possibly leave phone messages to have them check their emails as to the issue and what options would exist to solve the problem.

Website Content – Adding, Modifying or Changing Product descriptions or website content

Blogging – Creating posts, posting them, using various plugins. Would like someone that can setup a new blog where needed or move a blog from one hosting account to another.
