Facebook Ads & GHL Specialist

Looking for my next superstar who can help with Facebook Ads and the marketing software GHL.

What I’m looking for?

I’m looking for someone who is a hard worker, an effective communicator, and is easily coachable to learn and implement the stuff that I show them in our business.

The ideal candidate would already have experience with Facebook Ads and ---------- Software and knows how to use other basic tech to optimize Ads and utilize GHL. The ideal candidate will be able to have the following skill sets below:



Facebook Ad Optimization

Looking for someone that understands trial and error.

> Test Ad Copy and Creatives such as images, ---------- s, GIFs. AI Generated Pictures & Videos to capture audience attention.
> Test Audience Settings > Being familiar with audience settings and optimizing them to ensure that we are capturing the right demographic. Bonus ** If the applicant has ever used the application Lead Enforce.
> Understanding when to pause an AD and when to let it run to minimize CPC.
> Understands English and how to be persuasive over copy.


GHL CRM Expert

In-depth knowledge of GHL, the marketing software. Someone who understands how to leverage the software to its full potential. Some of the traits we are looking for:

> Help with getting A2/DP Setup Properly.
> Leveraging ChatGP/AI Bots to converse with prospects and automatically book appointments.
> Being able to automatically segment prospects into correct pipeline categories.
> Ensuring all funnels are fully optimized with correct calendar settings.



I’m looking for someone that already has an advanced understanding when it comes to Facebook Ads and the ---------- platform. I can put together training videos as far as the knowledge I have but ideally YOU will be the superstar running the show with the Ads and GHL and eventually you will tell me the best way to get results on both of those platforms. I’m looking for someone who will be working hard each week mon-friday part time and sometimes on weekends. If you do a great job, we can do this for the long term!

The pay is going to be $3.00 dollars each hour and you will also get bonuses if we get leads and sales. Also if things start to go well, we can start to get a bigger raise. But right now I'm on a budget so I'm looking for someone who is committed to this and also wants to do a great job!
