- Actively pursue leads generated from our website and social media outlets
- Follow up on existing leads in the system with the intent to close
- Gathering information from leads to fill out our lead forms
- Using our CRM (BASE CRM) system to actively track the progress of leads and deals in our pipeline
- General checking in with clients in order to prequalify for the rest of the sales team
- Produce feedback to management on ways to improve the effectiveness of the role
- Communicate with clients via email, facebook and over the phone
