eCommerce Agency Virtual Assistant (Shopify)

We own a marketing agency and service different Shopify clients
(so **having Shopify experience is essential**, otherwise do not bother applying)

Keep this in mind: you will be our in-house VA, but helping our clients manage their tasks - we are basically helping our clients out by having a well-trained VA that has experience with different clients.

Requirements:
- (helping) customer service for some clients (Gorgias)
- data-entry; for example, description editing
- product page editing (not building from scratch, just following protocols & SOPs to help clients improve their pages)
- performance-reporting (Shopify analytics for their website, Klaviyo for emails and certain Shopify apps)
