Marketing Assistant with 3 years of professional services marketing experience to develop proposals, and assist the executive team with business development. The Marketing Assistant will work directly with the president of the company.

Responsibilities:

Monitor multiple channels for bid opportunities

Create proposals

Coordinate proposal process including interview preparation

Create and maintain marketing and proposal content

Coordination with internal team and outside consultants

Develop and maintain marketing databases

Requirements:

3 years of professional services marketing experience

Experience with graphic design and layout using Canva or other platform

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

Ability to work on multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment

Commitment to high quality work, strong attention to detail, and be highly organized

Understanding of U.S. politics and governmental political sub-divisions

Comfortable speaking to groups

Bilingual
