I am looking for a talented Virtual Assistant looking for a long term CAREER, that has many skillsets and is willing to continue learning every day. You will assist me every day in helping grow and market a marketing agency startup


We have created a large database of martial arts schools. Some knowledge in this space would be preferred. We are based out of the U.S., so EST hours are PREFERRED. Our goal is to grow organic traffic to the website and onboard new clients.

It is very important that you understand what we do and what we are trying to build.



Email Marketing & Web Scraping

We will be heavily focused on email marketing, in the beginning, using web scraping and then automation. If you have experience using a system like GoHighLevel, LemList, Mailchimp, Sendfox, ConvertKit, or ActiveCampaign that is a plus. If you have a web scraping experience that is a HUGE plus as we will search websites like Google My Business for Martial Arts School Emails and Contact Info. We will then take those emails and put them into our email pipeline. You will handle web scraping, and formatting leads in Google Sheets or Excel. You will also create reports.


Content Creation (Important)

If you have Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator Skills that is a huge plus but not a dealbreaker. You will need to create Content throughout the week to send to our subscribers. This may be a combination of you consolidating industry news from other websites but also YOU writing relevant topics and information. You will also write blog articles on the martial arts, fitness, and health industry. Your articles do not have to be in-depth, but you will also help find new related stories in the industry and new events to write about it. The most important content will be highlights of martial arts schools around the United States.


Data Entry and Management

You will use and manage a CRM - GoHighLevel for example to help maintain and communicate with leads. You will scrape leads and manage them in Excel or Google Sheets and then import them into GoHighLevel. You will also help maintain financial reports manually such as sales reports. For example, you may have to log in to 50 different client websites at the end of the month to pull reports, and then manually put them into Google Sheets.


Customer Service and Outreach

You will answer all customers through our website, emails, live chat, and any other medium. You will be in constant communication and you will need to set up a "Frequently Asked Questions" list at some point to help you facilitate your answers. You will also help partner companies set up accounts.

There may be different tasks and projects on a day by day basis. You will be assigned daily and weekly tasks, and then new short term projects throughout the week. You will need to be able to adapt and learn new skillsets. I am looking for someone longterm that will commit to this only, and not work other jobs.
