Social Media Manager

We are a husband & wife that are both public speakers. We are looking for someone to be our social media manager. This person would need to be positive, friendly, open to conversation, zoom calls, and feedback. We will start slow, 10 hours of part time work a week and as we learn how to work together and see how it goes, this has the potential to develop into permanent, full time work.

Skills needed and are not limited to:

- General Dropbox knowledge
- General knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest
- Able to transcribe videos
- Use transcripts to pull out key points, quotes, tips
- Create compelling graphics using Canva to combine photos, quotes, tips, motivation to post on all social media accounts
- Create posts for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube
- Using Hootsuite to schedule socia media posts
- Basic video editing skills, including cutting, creating smaller clips, using VONT to create overlays, intro or exit graphics
- Familiar with Youtube, creating and uploading videos with popup link to lead to an opt in page
- Search for articles, motivational content to use, repurpose, integrate into our content
- Ability to create branding through social media posts, understanding that each post and graphic created is a part of a larger branding and image
- Very attentive to detail
- Finding stock images and photos that match our online brand
- Create landing pages/opt in pages, familiar with LeadPages
- Create a social media calendar
- Familiar with hashtags
