Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tier 2/Tier 3 Tech Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in the MSP space, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools.
Resolve technical issues and complex IT challenges efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Assist in planning, implementing, and managing IT projects for clients.
Conduct thorough root cause analysis and document solutions for recurring problems.
Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in a technical support role within the MSP industry.
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
Experience with IT project management and implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus.
