Marketing Manager

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Social Media management: Tik Tok, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Nextdoor, Etc.
- Managing and running ads on all platforms: Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Nextdoor, Bing, Google, Yelp, Etc.
- Creating Content for all platforms.
- Creating Graphics - Editing photos, videos, creating marketing material, etc.
- Contacting and building professional relationships with the following: Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, Flooring Companies, Senior Living Communities, Other businesses, Etc.
- Monitoring ROI and KPI's on all marketing forms.
- Managing and monitoring other lead providers: Equate Media, Quote Runner, ---------- , Etc.
- Managing Email Campaigns
- Clickfunnel development
- Landing pages
- Cold Calling

There will be other responsibilities after you get all of these under control.
