Appointment Setter

The Empathy Firm is seeking a skilled tea ---------- mber to join our dynamic team for this role. In this role, you will be reaching out to podcasts to try to get our clients booked on them. We will provide the scripts, you will need to reach out and personalize the scripts.

Job Details:

- Full-Time: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday (US Time)
- Starting Pay: $800 (USD) per month
- Work Remotely: Yes

Responsibilities:

- Finding the best podcasts to get a client on and reaching out to them to book the podcast.
- Personalize the outreach
- Scheduling podcasts with hosts and clients
- Miscellaneous tasks as they come up that involve client fulfillment and success
- Participating in weekly tea ---------- etings and occasional outside meetings.

Requirements:

- Must be able to work on US Time.
- As part of the application process, candidates are required to complete a timed test project. This involves identifying 5 good podcasts for a client to go on and then showing us how you would personalize the script that we give you for outreach to these 5 podcasts you choose for the client.
- Must be comfortable and proficient with communication mainly through text and video.
- Prior experience in working with marketing agencies, software companies, or other technology companies is preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has a passion for producing high-quality work while maintaining efficiency.

This test project is timed and includes identifying 5 good podcasts for a client to go on and then showing us how you would personalize the script that we give you for outreach to these 5 podcasts you choose for the client. Further instructions will be given to you upon selection for the next round of applications. Also, please include “Hot Dog” in the subject line (AKA title) of your application to confirm that you've read the job description in detail.

You must also send us your email in the BODY of your reply as well. We will use this to immediately send you the test project when we see it. To be clear, having an email on your profile is not what we are looking for, we are looking for the email in the body of your reply.
