Recruiter - MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH

Our real estate brokerage is currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented virtual assistant to assist with prospecting for real estate agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, be dependable and possess a stable internet connection. Furthermore, they should have a strong work ethic and be available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm US Central Time.

Responsibilities:
• Utilize research tools, namely LinkedIn Navigator and real estate websites to generate leads and identify potential candidates
• Run reports and maintain databases to track progress and performance
• Assist in the creation of targeted prospecting campaigns for our real estate brokerage
• Schedule appointments and arrange meetings with potential candidates
• Participate in the onboarding process of new real estate agents

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English
• Availability Monday through Friday from 9 am to 3 pm US Central Time
• Prior experience as a virtual assistant with a proven track record of success is preferred
• Proficient with Excel and Sisu & Chime other research tools preferred
• Ability to think critically and analyze data
• Possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dependability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new technologies
