virtual online personal training - video to video workout sessions live with clients from all other the world (need you to integrate this into website)

My IT skills:
I have good technology skills but I’m not an expert so I need a platform that is easy for me to use when i upload videos, images, documents etc to the website - you can recommend a platform - I have experience with wordpress from a current website

-I need it started from the beginning and tailored made to my design and technological needs.
-I need the following for my website:
membership area - different access area depending on membership (members can access different services on the website for the plan they have chosen)
-Multiple language options - the member can choose their language and the whole website will be in the language of chosen - for example: chinese, spanish, italian, english etc. - provide me with information on how this works and if you need any other service to do this
-video software for live streaming
-activity calendar (with exercise names etc) / personalised activity I can edit for clients
-various forms members can submit their information
-a tracking platform to keep track of all members signing up
-subscription server for members to pay using paypal or other payment options
-e-commerce page - members can purchase products
-easy to use membership area with easy access to videos and must look very attractive and in HD
-images must all be in HD
-back up storage for videos, documents and images - connected to my iCloud account or any type of online storage account
