List Building - Web Scraping-creating email lists for email marketing

Need an expert in building lead lists (such as scraping linkedin for contact info, using webscaping tools to find peoples contact info, data minimg, and organizing 10000s of leads into excel for use. You will also need to clean the list to make sure the contact emails are valid.
