Silicon Valley Construction Services (SVCS) is a construction-estimating and project management firm serving clients in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2003.


Responsibilities
General
• Work hours will be Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM San Francisco time
Marketing
• Prepare one-page flyer showcasing vacant units
• Daily posting to social media
• Weekly updates to YouTube page and website
• Seek speakers, publicize events, and host weekly webinar to promote tenant businesses in our building
Lease Management
• Update and maintain waiting list
• Manage move-in move-out process including scheduling inspections, cleaning, and lease preparation
• Maintain database of unit photos, leases, and repairs
• Obtain renter’s insurance from tenant
• Calculate prorated rent and deductions from deposit
• Send remainders to pay past-due rent
• Complete paperwork for collections and eviction process


Purpose of This Position
The purpose of this position is to provide SVCS’s client with construction estimating and project management services.

Compensation and Benefits
• $800 USD (50,000 Php)
• 40 hours per week
• Work from home
• Recognition on SVCS’s website

Requirements
• Ability to join meetings during San Francisco business hours
• Obtain US phone number (SVCS will reimburse for all calls)
• Stable computer and internet to reliably host and join video conference

b. Candidate selection process
c. Review of tests
i. Customer Service (presentation)
ii. Sales Effectiveness (30-second video)
iii. Written communication
4. SVCS will review your test results and schedule a one-on-one interview
5. If accepted, SVCS will send Candidate an employment contract
