Dayshift Customer Service Associates ( Non Voice and Voice)

Responsible for answering the queries of the customers.
Conducts claims processing activities which includes consolidating documents, analyzing claims, processing claims payments, sending correspondences, coordinating, with external clients, and other administrative concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS :

4 years graduate or at least 2 years in college.
With 6 months to 1 year experience in BPO.
Good communication skills both oral and written.
Willing to work in Eastgate, Mandaluyong (near MRT Boni Station)
Fixed dayshift and weekend off.
