Hiring Qualifications:

2+ Years Management Experience
Scripting, Coaching and Training Knowledge
Ability to work PST or EST hours
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of VA's to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive production.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management.
Train, mentor, and motivate your team to ensure they have the skills and tools needed for success.
Collaborate with management, marketing, and product development, to optimize sales efforts.
