What is the role?

As a Corporate Trainer at Frontdesk, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our tea ---------- mbers across various departments. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs that align with the company's values, policies, and objectives. This role requires a passionate and innovative professional with a proven track record in corporate training, particularly within the hospitality or property management industry.


What will you do at Frontdesk?:

Training Program Development:

Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
Design and develop engaging and effective training programs for employees at all levels.
Onboarding and Orientation:

Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they have a solid understanding of company culture, policies, and procedures.
Develop and maintain onboarding materials to streamline the integration process.
Skill Enhancement:

Identify opportunities for skill development and create targeted training initiatives.
Deliver hands-on training sessions to improve employee competencies in areas such as customer service, property management, and communication.
Technology Training:

Facilitate training on proprietary software and other technology tools used within the company.
Ensure employees are proficient in utilizing technology to enhance their productivity.
Performance Evaluation:

Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Provide constructive feedback to employees and managers to support ongoing development.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Regularly update and enhance training materials to reflect changes in policies, procedures, and technology.


What are we looking for?:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
Proven experience as a corporate trainer, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to adapt training strategies to meet the diverse needs of employees.
Proficient in using training-related software and multimedia tools.
High level of organizational and project management skills.
