Job Title: Onboarding and Offboarding Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an Onboarding and Offboarding Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining the onboarding and offboarding processes for our call center representatives based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:
• Receive new agent details and initiate the onboarding process.
• Conduct Zoo ---------- etings to facilitate hands-on training on system usage.
• Ensure new agents are added to relevant communication channels in Slack.
• Provide guidance on live transfers, dialing procedures, and day-to-day operations.
• Assign phone numbers, teach voicemail drop functionality, and explain workflow processes.
• Conduct daily check-ins to address questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure correct operations.
• Maintain a Trello board to track progress and completion of tasks.
• Identify and offboard call center representatives based on compliance or performance issues.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of previous onboarding and offboarding experience
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work 8 hours/day between 9 am EST - 5 pm EST
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with communication tools such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Slack, and ---------- .
• Ability to troubleshoot and address issues promptly.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
