-Familiarity with Amazon's tools and platforms, including Seller Central.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
Qualifications:
-Previous customer support experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
-Proficiency in using Amazon's internal tools, Seller Central, and Canva.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
