JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing financial transactions, and providing administrative support. This remote position requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in bookkeeping software, and the ability to work independently while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Financial Management:

1. Set up and maintain QuickBooks accounts for each real estate project, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
2. Record and categorize all financial transactions, including income, expenses, and project costs.
3. Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial accounts regularly.
5.Collaborate with project managers and other tea ---------- mbers to ensure accurate recording of project-related expenses.

Expense Tracking and Budgeting:

1. Monitor project budgets and track expenses against allocated funds.
2. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and accurate recording of project-related expenses.
3. Assist in the preparation of project budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

Communication and Collaboration:

1. Communicate regularly with tea ---------- mbers to gather necessary financial information and updates.
2. Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and financial consultants as needed.
