Customer Support Rep Wanted (Excellent English)

We are a US based e-commerce company looking for a full-time, home based, long-term partnership customer support rep with excellent English proficiency.

Your daily responsibilities would include [in order of importance]:

1. Answering customer inquiries through email
2. Monitoring comments on our Facebook/Instagram posts, answering questions, engaging with followers
3. Posting stories & posts on our Facebook/Instagram accounts (content will be provided)
4. Perform other, more general tasks (upon request)

It’s important that you know how to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.

? Microsoft Office / Google Docs
? Gmail and other email applications
? Communications apps like Skype, WhatsApp, FB messenger, etc.
? Project management software (Trello, Slack or ---------- )

If you know how to navigate through the following platforms, this will be an added benefit:

1. Shopify
2. Facebook Pages & Instagram

This is a full-time position and ability to work during the weekends will be required (not necessarily for full work day).

Salary:

$4-6 per hour. This will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job. Your salary may go up based on your job performance.
